I'm positive it's blue vs. blue, on the one world, two movies web doc, George asks one of the prop guys if a certain saber is the one given to Luke, to which he say yes, then George says then that is is the one Obi Wan takes after the fight. So that would lead me to believer that Anakin's lightsaber is blue since the one given to Luke is blue, and Obi Wans lightsaber has always been blue, so blue +blue = blue vs blue.
