hmm... just want it really gritty, a bit burton-ish also, and a decent costume... or maybe even have elektra be the bad guy...

of course, you have to be able to relate, show that the character has to deal with the real world even when he's trying to save it.

best example would be giving the batmobile a parking ticket (just an example, but you get what i mean)

Problems with the authorities don't necessarily have to come to him as Daredevil, they can come to him as Murdock too.
