That's what pisses me off about bands like Simple Plan. They don't have bad lives, at all.

They're just pretending they did so you "relate" and buy their stuff.

Actually they did.

One of the bands' member was kicked out of home when he was a kid and lived on the streets. In college he had to borrow a lot of money from his friends.
