They weren't superman level.

Or even low herald.....

they were suposes to be superman ripp offs. Though of courses not nearly as powerful as the crap superman does, but still more powerful then any version of dracula that blade has defeated.

Hehe 😄

They weren't supermen clones, they were men/women with the same powers as some of the x-men. Sabretooth killed them by projecting his thoughts into their minds with technology.

Marvel's Dracula is one of the few character's that powers fluctuate up and down to suit who he is fighting. When he fights some one powerful like Silver Surfer then he is powerful as well, BUT when he fights a C string mook like Blade he is... well... I'm sure you get the point.
That's true with almost all characters. We all know how Dracula/Wolverine fights go in 616.

If by some miracle of miracles, Blade manages to cut of Sabretooth's arm, he'll just pick it up and reattach it. Blade will have extended the fight by 4 seconds... Sabretooth will be angry... and Blade will still be dead in under a minute.

Hurray?

Wait, have X-23, Sabretooth or Wolverine ever reattached severed appendages? I was under the impression that when Sabretooth tried to do it right before his death, he was acting on instinct and not under any conscious idea that he could actually reattach his arm.

Because his healing factor was shut off by a magic sword...

Sabretooth reattached his hand when Wolverine sliced it off... only issues earlier in that very same arch.

I hate Jeph Loeb. I really do. And sadly, most Wolverine fans would agree with me. I know it's logical that they could reattach severed appendages. And it's been hinted at off-panel. But I was always under the impression that Sabretooth and Wolverine could not reattach severed appendages, unlike say Deadpool.

Meh, guess they're like the Ultimate versions. Severed heads and half bodies and they just put em back on. 🙄 How long did it take to reattach the hand? Was it shown?

X-23 reattached her hand as well.

It's logical in my opinion, though I think they would be forced to hold the hand there for some time.

Wouldn't a new hand just grow back...? 😑

yea

Eventually, but I think there is some latency after the limb is removed and before a new one starts growing... at least in the case of Deadpool and Ultimate Wolverine/Sabretooth.

Exactly. Sabretooth is not on Dracula's level.

Agreed.
