His head likly regrow a body.
You know what's more likely? The way they brought back Ult. Sabretooth, where he reveals to Ult. Wolverine and Ult. Storm that after being decapitated, several strands were still attached enough to allow him to heal from being decapitated.

This is not ulitmate wolverine now is it.................
and your not truelly decapitated if strands are skill connecting your body to your head................
Yeah, well, that's how Ult. Wolverine beat Ult. Sabretooth and that's how they explained Ult. Sabretooth coming back from his decapitation.
If you think an off-panel decapitation and subsequent healing is more logically explained by Wolverine's "head growing his entire body back" then the accidental strands of flesh that allowed his head and body to mend back together, then you are truly in a league of your own. Lol.

Well, if the question is if Wolverine can regrow bone, then the answer is yes, he can. After he lost the adamantium, cyber broke off his bone claws. It took a while for them to come back, but they DID regrow. Add that to the amount of flesh Wolverine can regrow, and I see no problem with him regenerating limbs.

Originally posted by srankmissingninI own X-Universe. AoA Hulk got killed? I forgot how. Tell me again? Either way, AoA Bruce Banner and his accident/experiment were different than 616 universe, whereas AoA Wolverine had already been born as the mutant he would become well before the AoA universe diverged from the 616 timeline proper. That's an important distinction.
AoA Hulk got killed by a bullet to the brain. There are plenty of difference between the two realities I guess/

as far as I could guess AoA Wolverine didn't regrow his hand in that timeline simply because he probably wasn't aware that he could. It seems that the AoA timeline diverted from 616 before the Fatal Attractions story arc. Wolverine's HF wasn't uber yet, and it would have taken him a massive amount of time to regrow the hand. He wsn't even aware of any of his memories since his implants were still running rampant in his brain. He wouldn't know that Sabretooth did it in their first meeting. I would have to guess that Cyclops blew his flesh off, and he assumed that his hand was gone, then just cramped his skeletal structure and his claws under that cup dealy. His hand couldn't properly heal because it was prevented from doing so by the metal appliance on his forearm.
That's all of course spefculation, but it makes the most sense to me.
