edit sorry I miss read your original post. I dident realize you ment turn sabre-tooth into a vampire, I thought you were saying that blade would turn himself into a vampire. Sorry that was a complete misunderstanding.

Blade does not carry around such items as standard equipment, that was a one time thing when he had prep from shield.
