The Two Towers is way Better than Return of the KIng?

At least I thought so. The battle scene in the rain in TTT was much more realistic and hella cool. i mean the Zombie Army was just crap.

Plus, TTT was much more kick ass. I dunno. What do you think?

i have to agree that TTT is better than ROTK but not WAY better ,

In my opinion, TTT had way more action that RotK, which is why I preffered it much more. The Helm's Deep battle was really excellent, it was actually better than how I imagined it would actually be.

I aslo thought that they made RotK a little cheesy towards the end with all the hugging. My a$$ was really sore by the end of that an I remember thinking "I love you, but I'm really gonna walk out of here if you don't finish NOW!!" 😂 They could have just skipped that part and if it was really necessary, it could have just been added to the EE-RotK.

TTT was also slightly less confusing and just -simply put- awesome!

I personally also liked TT better than RoTK, at least the battle scenes, mainly because of the great atmosphere in TT as the Battle of Hornburg was fought at night and while it was raining... and TT was generally less megalomaniac than ROTK, and less monumental, which I quite liked... on the other hand, there were way too many changes in the second film 🙁

You all just lile TT better because it has legolas all wet in it 😉 and, though i can see your point droolio, nothing beats big elephants standing on people.
While the battle in tt may have been darker and more monumental and more epic and more sexy and more wet that the one it rotk, the TT battle was changed too much, why didnt aragorn give his speech?
Thinking the orcs will leave in the light, and then they dont 😂 Aragorn proved wrong, something i would have liked to see
but no, they have to spoil it by giving the morning scene to gandalf who rides down a hill too steep to ride down while the sun rises to quickly, if travels a third of the sky in 5 minutes, are M:E days 15 minutes now?

In ROTK we get big giant spiders, we get to see sam finally give in to temptation (no, not that one, he marries rosie, not frodo) and totally bray gollum about, we get to see captain barbosa make his cameo with orlando bloom again as a pirate ghost thingy. We get to see gandalf get smashed to bits (no, not off the hobbit weed eezy) by the witchking.

Then we get to see the frodo sam shippers weep as sam marries rosie, we get to see them jump for joy when he gives sam a hug thats 0.324 seconds longer than he gives to merry and pippin, this must mean something.

Nut at least when we left TT we could think "im back next year"

so, h'away the hobbit 😉

Meh the TTT helsm deep battle did have a magnificant build up to it, but you certainly can't beatthe ride of the rohhirm.....nothing in cinematic history of my life (yep the 16 year history) has made me soo happy to see that scene.

I have to agree with this. After I came out of the third movie, I was sort of like... I liked the second one better. They both were extremely good films, but I just felt like the Helm's Deep was more stirring than all the ROTK battles, and I liked how the two separate journey's had started... meh, everything else has been said.

I personally liked TTT better too. It has a more 'solid' feel to it.

I disagree that everyone likes TT because it has Legolas all wet in it! I'm not EVEN a Legolas fan to be honest!

meh, how can it have a more "solid" feel to it. It pretty much showed you what royatly would do to save their people back in those days. The film tried to plot around a 3-way love affair with aragorn,arwen and eowyn

He just used solid as a seperate way of saying 'hard' because it had wet legolas in it, and arwen in see through gowns....

I think the two towers battle scene can stand on it's own but when return of king special exstended edition comes out the battle is going to be bigger I like all the movies and thought they were dead at helms deep but not and eowyn gowns were beatiful when I saw her in trailer I had to see the movie .

Do you mean the book was better or tha movie?, cause i reckon rotk the book was way better and i loved the scoring of the shire.

Dude, yeah i have to agree. ROTK (book) was better TTT. The Scoring was awesome. It sucks that it wasnt in the movie.
