It doesn't take anytime at all for Batman to use his gadgets. Batman with gadgets 7-8/10. W/o, Cap would win.

There would have to be a break in combat and with basic knowledge of Bruce, Cap just wouldn't allow it. In order to get into his belt he'd need a free hand which leaves him defending against a stronger, faster and more skilled opponent with one arm and if that happens Cap quickly dominates the fight.

Cap's not more skilled. He's stronger and faster sure, but not more skilled. In a fight, Cap would only win because of his strength and speed. That's part of his greatest ability is his strength and speed. When has it ever been stated that Cap has knowledge of 127 martial arts? He's demonstrated at the most 5, but he has his own fighting style. Any kind of slip up in their technique, and it would be curtains for both of them. Batman could just as easily do a flip over Cap and throw explosives at him. Trust me he could easily find a way as demonstrated right here:
I have post a scan (several times in fact) of Captain America fighting Zemo. In fight Zemo is showing of his fighting skills to Cap. Want to know what happens? Cap basically laughs in his face and then he flat out tells him he is a master of EVERY fighting style known to man. And this fight is from the 70s.

Well lets look at what we know shall we? Cap has (on at least one occasion) stated he is proficient in all forms of combat. Marvels own Handbooks state in their ranking systems that Captain America is a master of all forms of combat. He is considered to be the best fighter on Marvel earth among people like Elektra (Lady Shiva with superhuman strength/speed and low level telepathy), Shang Chi (who has also been stated to be a master of every martai art and is basically the equal of Lady Shiva/ Richard Dragon... with the ability to amp his stats to compeat with Spider-man) and Iron Fist (same as Shang Chi but Danny has never flat out stated he is a master of every martial art). Cap is a better fighter then Batman.

Dude, he doesn't know EVERY SINGLE FIGHTING STYLE ON THE PLANET. To think so is just ignorant. It's just Marvel's way of saying "this guy is really uber in terms of fighting ability." I've agreed with you that he'd beat Batman in h2h, it's just that you couldn't beat him if he had his gadgets. Batman could easily hold him off until he makes use of his gadgets, then it's over. Anyways, can we please get back on subject????

but nahh. i just sincerely dont see bats beating captain america...im not sure why, but in the h2h department bats is just wayyy too outclassed, hes not winning any of those...and with the gadgets, unless bats hits the cap with something like a sonic or something....i dont think those would work either.....
and as for the styles of fighting.....it doesnt matter how many you know, it simply matters how good you are, an old martial arts saying is, "dont fear the man who has done 1000moves 1 time, fear the man who has done 1 move 1000times" so styles dont really matter, cap is too well rounded for that too make a difference....and can we please keep this to cap and wolverine???
