about anikins' arm, if you look at epiosde 2 it is at about the elbow his arms cut
anikin were those sholder pads which make is uper arm look shorter therefore making it look as if it is cut above the elbow.

I was wondering why the ep 3 anakin (top left) has a red and blue saber! Bit odd huh?

But neither of the lightsabers packaged with Anakin are dookus its two Anakin sabers one red one blue, I know Hasbro isnt always exact but id think theyd have dookus saber in there look right specaily being its such a different design.

yeah but one is normal, and the other one is pretty long.... i eman.. for the figures, theyre all kinda long, but this on especially
