i like the touch with the out of focus background on the top right of vaders noggin
gives it a bit more authenticity than most fan made stuff

palps in the painting for the comic cover looks like the promo shot of the "fat palpatine" with a different face. you would think they would give the artist (is that dave dorman?) a better promo shot to work off of.

well the pic I used for vader was just a capture from the vader doc on the DVD and added the rest and did a bit of twiddling. It was an early idea for fan art that I never took further. There's a load more of my fan art on one of my sites Dash Dot Slash

i think it looks real.....it works as it is a lot more subtle than most fan made pics

No it somewhat looks like fan art to me. a good enough artist could draw that. Even if he wasn't working for ILM.

And Perhaps a To show little the Face of Anakin before Putting the Helmet to him, although I do not believe that its face is very Pretty... And perhaps the Droides "Repair" a little the Face of Anakin 😉
