I dunno, I kinda like Dressrosa more than Punk Hazard though yeah the latter is a better constructed arc. There are still pretty cool things in this arc(whereas the other one had Law and maybe Vergo as the only cool things). Just Oda has taken it upon himself to stuff so much in that we don't really get much room to breathe or take it all in.

Bleach is still shit bro and I still don't care about any of the characters. I can list all the characters I like in the whole of Bleach on one hand. I like basically every non-villain character in One Piece, they're all very creative and funny.

Punk Hazard looks better when you factor in that it was basically the prequel to Dressrosa. It was kind of a set up arc, like all the mini-arcs on the way to Alabasta.
^ Remember that time where Ichigo was going to stomp Giselle but didn't for some reason. While OP is incredibly boring right now, Bleach still takes the cake for being really...really ****ing stupid right now.
All 3 shonen mangas are sucking right now. Which reminds me, I when will Oda give the fans a reason to care about what's going on in One Piece?

Of the three, I like Naruto the most, because at least stuff happens more often, there's still some nice moments like the Reverse Harem jutsu, and I care about the mains, even if the fight's been going on awhile, but yes, this is not near the top for any of them.
Oda seems to have fallen into the trap of thinking every arc needs a 10+ chapter chase / run-to-where-you-need-to-be scene, and Kubo is in his 'now let me show every side character fight...' mode.
