Quite 🙂 While OP is back, this wasn't exactly the huge reunion chapter.
Usopp and Nami are pretty awesome, they've both graduated from the 'weakling trio' (maybe, unless everyone else is still higher ^^).
I wonder who that is after Robin and the crew.
And it strikes me the fake Straw Hats must not be too weak if they're recruiting high-bounty rookies like that.

Yeah, they're weak little shits so far.
Compared to the *real* strawhats, yea. But I'll note neither plants nor lightning zap took out fake Luffy, and they're pushing around people with 55 mil bounties. Probably people like Bellamy, who have bounty more on infamy than strength.
Speaking of which, it strikes me that most of the East Blue big names we've met would've probably have a lot higher bounties if they moved to bigger areas. 'Specially Arlong could've gotten a big one, but also Don Krieg likely would've had quite a bit more than his East Blue one.

Arlong was a bona fide Grand Line pirate, IMO the difference between him and guys like Kuro and Krieg was pretty huge.
We already saw Sanji! He's right there 🙂
And his time on Newkama island seems to have heightened his weakness to women.

Yea, though Krieg was able to dish out damage from Luffy and take some solid hits from him, so I think he'd still be able to do reasonably good on the Line if it weren't for Mihawk.
Kuro, he's fairly one-trick in his fighting, though I suppose if his other plans are better that'd help things out.

To be fair Kuro tried to be low profile too at the time the SH met him. The only one who had a "fair" bounty was Krieg and one should ask why it was so damn low, his crew seemed quite violent from what we saw.
I do think it's in large part just because they were East Blue. In the Grand Line, you can establish yourself as 'worth a high bounty' fast by taking out several 20mil pirates in a row (ala the tactic Bellamy was using), and if you fight marines they're generally going to be assumed to be strong too.
In the East Blue, there's not many to prove yourself against and most of the marines are fairly low-end ones that don't see a lot of action either, other than the likes of Smoker. There's going to be less serious marine forces to bump into, and a lot of the ones with potential try and move to the line fast.
So someone who stands out in the East Blue gets to maybe the 10mil range and then advances beyond that are probably pretty hard due to lack of competition even if they're strong and violent like Krieg, unless they engage in *really* mass slaughter or the purposeful targeting of marine facilities or the like.

What kind of bounty do you think Rob Lucci and the ex-CP9 have now that they went against the government?
Oh, if they're officially acknowledged, I'd say Rob'd be 300mil +/-. He hasn't done anything as flashy as attack Ennes Lobby and declare war on the government, so he might not get any bonuses aside from strength, so it could be a bit less, but considering the government secrets he knows that might make up for that some. If he's kept his head down, he might be as low as 280s or such. If, on the other hand, he's been active and specifically targets the government with assassinations and leaking secrets... I could see him have 350mil.
The others, Jyabura and Kaku are probably around a hundred mil, maybe somewhat more, and the rest of the CP9 in the 35-55 range.
Those'd be my estimates. The leader always gets the highest by a lot. Jyabura and Kaku are a bit weaker than Zoro and Sanji (Sanji's IMO devalues him due to his sneakiness and spy role on the crew). The rest are more clumped together, but Franky was a bit stronger than them.
Again, how much their government secrets/traitor status is can affect things a lot.
