Though one thing has been bothering me, if Spiderman can do what a spider can, does that mean he can't do what spiders can't, too? Like getting out of the bath tub? Or his natural fear of newspapers?

Whatever, this is adult spidey, and spiderman has proven himself against many people of various attributes and such. I'm not responding any more fully to this until I get a good explanation.
