They are not fast enough to keep him distracted specially with spider-sense I doubt they could do much if anything with this action
Unload webs at the start, play smart, etc. If Pete fully uses his webs to his advantage and picks his spots instead of letting them dictate the fight, he's got a real chance. In a forum setting, a SM win is possible. In a comic, less so...they'd never job out all three of these guys, and Pete's a bit of a fanboy headcase about Cap.
I'll side with the trio even on the forum only because it's not worth arguing. But I like that this thread, even though opinion has trended toward the trio since its inception, lends new perspective on the hotly-contested 1-on-1 with only Spidey and Logan.

Venom just took over his body and fought the entirety of the Avengers, and was actually winning. They are hyping Spiderman to unknown limits.
On-topic Spider-man is obviously going to lose this. But fighting out of character I can actually see him pulling a win. Out of character meaning spamming his web-shooters.
