I can provide a couple of feats that show ftb speed by Spidey.
But do you agree that your feats show superhuman speed and perceptions but not faster than a bullet speed?

Cap literally dodged the bullet after it's been fired and shown flying towards him by the pro marksman with the same training he received.

If that's not FTB or bullet speed, it's pretty damn close.

Spider-Man doesn't really have better bullet feats than the trio here. And you know it.

All of them have incredible dodging bullet feats. It's hard to judge which one is faster and better in general because knowing Spider-man has spider-sense, precognition, and speed on his side.

Although Captain America and Daredevil do have some crazy dodging feats.

Captain America evading the point blank shot from US Agent is very impressive.

I believe the reason why most writers show feats of Spider-Man or Wolverine getting pummeled and shot like crazy is to show how durable they are and the capability of enduring that kind of punishment.

Spider-Man has a feat of dodging a bullet ONLY AFTER it is a few inches away from his body.

The Cap feat is inconclusive. Cap sees faster which could mean he saw the trigger being pulled in slow motion. Or Cap just guessed intelligently when the shot was going to fire (based off Agent's narrative).

That's the Navy's version of Cap, Anti Cap(not even joking, that was his name). Had a modified patch that gave him Cap America's stats for a period of time.
