meshuggah, epochal, Killswitch, Finntroll , cradle of filth, dimmu borgir, emperor, opeth, mastodon, lamb of god, bolt thrower, god forbid, mudvayne, unearth, as i lay dying, dead to fall, terror, everytime i die, kataklysm, arch enemy, the binary code, neuraxis, zao....ah the list is to long.

Arch Enemy, Soulfly, Slayer, Slipknot, Septula (Cavella-era) & Probot

I class Maiden as more classic 'Brit Rock'.

Mastodon are my favourite Heavy Metal band around at the moment. Thrash Metal, over time I'd say Metallica.
