THE LOOSE CANNON
There are laws to protect the citizen and there are laws to preseved the state the citizen belongs. The government imposed laws on things that may or maynot affect my freedom. For example: Fishing! If I go fishing I need to buy a license to go fishing. It's the law to buy a fishing license in order to go fish. But, I could just go fishing and don't buy a license. Am I breaking the law? Yes! Am I going to be thrown in jail for not buying a fishing license? No! I'll get fine and ask to buy a fishing license.
I have the freedom to go fishing without a license. If I get caugth I'm breaking the law. But then again Cops got better things to do then to search for fishing licenses.
