Jellyfish do not have brains.
neither do they have hearts, gills, bones or blood. and yet they range in size so much one jellyfish called the Irukandji jelly is just 2 centimeters across. then there is the Lion's Main jellyfish which is the biggest animal in the world bigger than the blue whale. The Lions Main's body or bell as it is called can be up to 3 feet across but it's tentacles have been recorded at being a huge 200 feet long makes the Blue whales 100 feet seem tiny.
also it is thought that jellyfish need such neurological power to control each sucker individually which they can do that each one has a separately brain type organ.
Thanks to the indomitable Hubble Space Telescope, astronomers from the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Md., have discovered two more moons around Pluto, a find that will give this borderline planet more status and rewrite the plan for a mission launching from Cape Canaveral in January, reports Florida Today.
