Should you make him/her wait?

out of curiosity should you make some one wait after they ask you out?

I did it at one point and my way was kinda malicious but ya kno.... is you wanna kno bout that story just ask....

wait as in...

to tell them yes or no?

or to actually hang out with them?

to give time mostly

i think that they should talk it out to see if each person is ready to date.
