I would not worry about anyone fluttering themselves. Thank you for explaining the ignore function to the rest of us in your signature. Now we can ignore certain posters inleast we would like to see what they have to say. 🙄

If not done properly Meditation is a waste of time. Read some more on the topic by visting a book store. Because if you aren't doing meditation right you just sitting there with your eyes close and thinking you're getting a moment of peace.
