Meditation do you think you channeling evil spirts when you do this?

Thats like asking, which muslims have time to pray 5 times a day - its in their religion - they have to find the time
yeah and here in Norway they cant do it during work hours, same with meditation. If you wanna meditate do it in your spare time. My spare time is to sacred to wast it on prayers to some sort of god or meditate

I don't think it's channeling evil spirits to meditate. All you are doing is trying to stay focused on a certain thing and blocking everything else out. You can prolly make it evil, lol depends on what you're concentrating on. 😱

Mediatation is a way to relax your mind and body. You are in no way channeling anything much less evil spirits, JM 🙂

I was just cruising this thread of your and I too was told that meditating was letting in the devil...That it would open the door for evil spirits to come and visit you....Everyone from the churches I've gone to will tell you that, but as far as I know, it's not true...I meditate and it is very peaceful. Infact today I went to the ocean..meditating with a group...

I made a sand castle... 😄 But it wasn't so good. 🙁
