Long distant relationships can be very very risky...
First, of all you have never seen the person face to face [You could be actually talking to someone else besides the person who they say they are]
Next, the distance can prove to be very depressing [You can not see the person face to face, hangout and get to know each other, so on and so forth]
I honestly do not recommend long distant relationships [You can get yourself in some real deep trouble with them]
I did a couple of long distant relationships and the last one I did proved that they are not all bad--Since I live with him now🙂
Just be careful✅

im currently in a long distance relationship, weve been together for 2 years, and were friends for 2 years before that. we started out living in the same town (its very small in England) and we saw eachother everyday, then in September we both went to university, i know people say its a bad idea to try and make relationships work over uni, but so far we are managing, she is 200 miles away, we speak to eachother every night and see eachother every 2-3 weeks. it is very hard, but long distance relationships, are all about trust, especially if you are both at uni. my advise to anyone in a long distance relationship is, make sure you stay in contact alot, try not to fall out if you are getting jealous, because it will only end badly if you do, and when you are together make sure its special. hope this helps!!

a long distance relationship is like your own personal hell, especially when you cant stop thinking about the person, and how much you miss them, i know because i'm thinking about my gf right now, and shes on another hemisphere.apologies for the rant...
