Angel was lost, in a sea of darkness and mourning. Tom, her love, was gone. The last time they had seen each other, had been when Angel had hurt him. He had died without her knowing she cared for him. She felt sick and confused as she lie upon the floor, her wings nearly suffocating her as they wrapped tighter around her. She wanted to die along with Tom but she was bound to the earth and could not leave it. Despite her healing powers there was nothing that would repair her shattered heart.

Angel was sobbing now. Her wings struck Hanzo away from her as she tumbled back to the floor. She closed her wings back around her and sobbed. She was lost without Tom, crushed and hurting. She just wanted to die. She could feel his presense but it only made her hurt worse. Instead of curing her and making her happy, she was now wounded even more from her loss. She couldn't look at him, though she wanted to she wouldn't allow herself. Angel's wings began to rot and decompose, showing that she was losing the will to live.

Angel suddenly flung her arms around the figure. She began to cry hysterically. "Please dont go! Please Tom!!!" Tears ran down her cheeks as she began to cry harder. "I cant live without you... Please dont leave me." She was feeling so weak from crying. She didn't want to let him go. She couldn't.

lance tried getting up again stumbleing down the hall his wings looked horrible one was extremley mangled and went to his lab or tried anyway he fell about 5 ft from the door
Hanzo turned to the right after walking out of the infirmary and came across Lances body. He lifted the body and dragged it to the infirmary. "I found him by the lab..." He sighed, setting him on a bed and leaving once again. He went to the roof and looked at the sunset, wishing there was someone he could share its beauty with.

Tom's wings unfolded suddenly, he felt a sharp pain as actual flesh and feathers began to grow out of his back. Tom's winced as the pain of Angel's injured wings shot into him. He nearly passed out, but he took a deep breath and looked back into Angel's eyes. "I made a promise... I couldn't break it."

Sam smiled as he watched Tom hug Angel. "I guess my bad news had a happy ending." He thought, leaving the room.
Tom hugged Angel. "I thought you didn't love me anymore... I was out in space, thinking I was about to die, when I heard you... I heard your prayer to make me strong and I felt my energy return... Even though you couldn't be there, you were the one who saved us all. Thank you." He said quietly.
Kaze woke up and trembled.. it was freezing and she had fallen asleep outside... she sat up, wrapping her huge wings around her.. she felt dizzy and lightheaded.. as she hugged herself, she got a slight sensation of what it had felt liek when she had died.. so.. calm.. she almost wanted to go back.. mayeb she was supposed to.. her body had egun to go numb. Ash was still asleep in the tower.
Angel began to cry softly. She was too happy and too thankful to hold back her tears. She tightened her grip upon Tom and cried onto his shoulder. "Oh Tom.. I thought I lost you.." She didn't want to lose Tom like she had lost her wings, or her memories. She wanted to keep him by her forever. She didn't know what she'd do without him. He was always there for her, and even when she'd hurt him he had come back to her. She sobbed silently onto his shoulder, begging herself to stop crying but finding it quite a difficult task. She closed her eyes and wrapped her wings around him gently. She wanted to be his gaurdian angel. She wanted to stay with him. Forever...
Halo was shivering in the bitter cold. She had caught Angel's scent. After so long she had finally found it. She began to run towards the tower when she caught another familiar scent. She opened her mouth and took a deep breath of the air, tasting the smells on the roof of her mouth. She leapt away from the tower and found Kaze lying in the snow. With a yowl of suprise the cat shifted into her larger form. She nudged Kaze gently before curling up next to her and rubbing her pelt along Kaze's cold skin. She growled softly, purring into Kaze's ear to make her better as her rough tongue licked her face.
