Costume: A gas like mask covers his nose, mouth, and cheeks. A red metal headband which has green lens coming down from it over his eyes. His spiky hair is even more so now, going out in all directions. black trench covering all his adaptable devices flows down to his feet, the same black beater and jeans on. Oblivion's sneakers have built in gravity modifiers, allowing him to fly. Every article of clothing is lined with a light layer of nitrogen beroleum, the strongest metal possible. This includes all things made of metal too.
A few of Oblivion's weapons include a simple extendable staff with axe like blades that come out on either end with correct pressure applied. Another are some discs which can be used to throw and home in on any moving target, the blades of which are dipped in a powerful radiation. Oblivion's most dangerous weapon though, is the "Armageddon Rifle", a large gun always slung over his back, created personally by him over the years, that can charge both postive and negative energy in seperate tanks, and fire a beam that is the two swarming together which create a sort of blackhole effect where the beam hits. Other tools and weapons include many tricks the Joker uses.
Background.Has been training for the last five years to become a full time villain, apprenticing under the likes of The Joker, Lex Luthor, Synestro, and even Slade. Young Savion met Lex Luthor at age 10 by accident and did so coincidentally while he was in battle with SuperMan. For some odd reason, Savion instantly took a disliking to the hero and trained under Lex Luthor for two years. Afterwards he left with Synestro for a few months, then stayed with The Joker for two more years. The remainder of the time was spent with Slade, at which he left for a year to hone his skills.
Savion has now returned as the dangerous Oblivion, and is ready to destroy his sensei's enemies...
The Teen Titans
A small sound came from apparantly nowhere. A crying sound, someone hurt. zthere was soon a scream. Lou and clear. It sounded much like Vamp, but the source was no where to be found.
Suddenly a voice came out of nowhere,
"STAY AWAY FROM MY NIECE,YOU HALFBREED!!!!!" Brother Blood appeared in front of Vathu, his eyes were glowing red. He was floating and was quite intimmidating.
"YOU'RE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! EVERY TIME I TRY TO GET KATHERINE TO FINALLY COME HOME, YOU INSULENT ADOLESCANCE ARE ALWAYS THERE TO SAVE THE DEAR DAMSEL IN DISTRESS!" He screamed.
" Well... if you want her back this time, you'll have to win your lovely maiden back. And this time, you seem to be all alone..." He sneered.
"But first... before we fight, let's show you how the real Katherine of England is. Then you can decide if you really love her..." He approached Vathu and put his two first fingers on Vathu's forehead. There were swirling images all around... Momories,stories, flash backs. It was Vamp's life rolling by like a movie from just before her Vampire birth untill now. IT showed her and her maker as malicious killers, attacking innocent humans, women,men and children. Attacking and murdering then looking so completely angelic after a crime scene. It showed when her maker was killed by a mob, when she couldn't control her emotions and let loose on her powers, killing many people in sometimes less than a few minutes.Every thing came back to the present and Vamp was there, her body glowing red as Blood had her confined within his magic, unable to use her own to counter it.
Oblivion stood before Slade, grinning from ear to ear.
"It is so very nice to have my apprentice back. My last two were quite...unruly." Slade spoke, looking down at the young teen.
"So I've heard. Anyways, I've heard about these 'mini' superheroes, the Teen Titans, and the pestelence problem they've become with you. Before I can move onto any bigger prey, it is always better to familirate yourself with their young. Look Slade, I'm going after them for now, I want no help or anything, got it?" Oblivion turned and left, a frown now replaced his smile as he walked out before Slade could speak.
Later that very same day, the entire city suddenly became...enclosed. Enclosed in what seemed to be large mirror-like walls. The walls stopped just at the water before the Teen Tower, and Oblivion's face appeared all over the screens.
"Titans! I know you've heard this so MANY times before, but today, you face defeat. I, Oblivion, will show you to your Armageddon!" Oblivion's face cackled on the screens as it showcased him lifting up a rifle, aiming it, and firing. At that moment, a long bright beam of swirling blue, black, and white light appeared from ontop of the box surrounding the city. The beam headed right for Titan Tower, and struck into the side of its bottom left, creating a large hole that shook the Tower's foundation.
"Come on...I'm waiting..." Oblivion cackled as the screens became pure mirrors, and revealed the lone villain on top at the edge of the box.

Blood shot back at Vathu, hitting him hard in the chest with a wooden stake. Vamp was unable to move. Though you could tell that there was a worried screem stuck in her throat.
"You don't realize it... but a stake CAN kill a vampire. Even if it's half demon, It can still kill you it just takes longer on halfbreeds." Blood closed in on him.
