*she walks into the tower, looking for Dare. She gasped and clutched her chest* "Many people... are suffering" she thought *tears formed in her eyes and her wings encircled her body* NO! I cannot risk using my powers. I can't take that risk! NEVER! *she fell to her knees and started to cry* but.... so much suffering... so much.... pain *her tears hit the floor with a gentle pat and she felt the pain in her chest return* oh Dare where are you?!

Oblivion raises an eyebrow.
"A teleporter huh? How foolish..." Oblivion begins to chuckle, still not turning around. In one instant, Vathu begins to feel the stinging pain of electricity as millions and millions of volts fire into his body. Small sensors on top of the case-like thing covering the city beeped steadily. As quickly as it had started, the sensors shut off and the electricity quit its flow.
Oblivion finally turned around and quickly brought a boot up into the Titan's chin, sending the young hero sprawling to the side.
"Pathetic, use your wits. Do you not think I wasn't prepared?"
Oblivion raises an eyebrow as Beastboy runs and sniffs, licking his lips.
"Yes, that is quite right...run. A retreating prey is so much more fun to chase...because when it is cornered, it will beserk like all mindless beasts do. Impulse!"
The small boy with wild hair looked up and pressed an earpiece in a bit.
"Yes?"
"Beastboy is headed your way. Make quick work of him, got it?"
Impulse nodded and looked around, seeing the oncoming Beastboy. He rushed, using his overly powerful speed to come by and sock him right in the cheek.
"Where do you think you're going? All the fun is right here!"
*she looks at BB* what? *she backed away from him, and her wings spread out fiercely but one of her wings trembled and fell limp to the floor* No! *she clutched her wing and began to cry as the blood dripped off of the tip* Damn Slade! *she looked at BB, then thought carefully about if she should trust him or not but then stood to her feet and walked towards BB* alright... i shall trust you *she looked at Halo* Come Halo! *her cat jumped into her arms and curled up as she looked at BB*

Oblivion simply ducked.
"You, like all the rest, are simply mortal. Mortal and moronic. Simple kicks, punches, and any other flashy attacks you idiots throw at me will be dealt with swiftly. I came prepared. Try using your mind for once in your damn life."
Oblivion grinned and reached beneath his trenchcoat, producing a small silver Slinky. He played with it for only a moment between his hands before pitching it right at Vathu. Within a mere single second, the Slinky had grown and wrapped itself around the Titan, growing smaller and smaller.
"Don't try to teleport your way out of this one. That's built with a containment field right into it. Teleport, and you'll just get in an even worse position within the Slinky. Like I said...I came prepared."
