Should the voting age be changed to 16+?

Arguing in real life is a lot different than arguing on a message board. Though they can be the same, arguing in real life is much much faster. You can't sit there and think for a long time about what you are going to say. You just have to say it. This is what I am mainly talking about. (Talking circles around my parents, etc.)

However, as I have already told you before, I was very much a nerd. It wasn't long before I was teaching my parents things.

My parents were not stupid, My mother is a successful accountant and my father is a supervisor over the entire IT department for a University.

Anyhow, you will have to elaborate on that, did you generally have more knowledge than your parents at 11 (and if yes, in what fields, examples) or did you have some fields where you did once in a while know something more than your parents paired with talking a lot and fast and your parents kinda liking you?

No, it should not be changed. And in the big picture, your vote would represent a very samll group of the microcosm/spectrum of voters, and as such would hardly influence the election because so few of your kind would vote.

I do commend you however for your passion, interest, and knowledge of politics at such an early age. If you really want to change the voting age however, the best thing I suggest you do is have your passion and enthusiasm for it, rub off on others your age. Perhaps, in time, the age for voters will drop, and you can consider yourself one of the pioneers.
