She was a fairly minor villan, she and her group never fought any adult teams in her first run, in her second run her group fought, pretty much the same team, but the team her team fought changed their name to that that the original <this forums's name> used briefly when deceiving the public, in a double agent sort of way.

Anyway, her old teacher is currently a good guy, former bad guy, and is in a relationship with a person that has a monooptic namesake.
tarot?
tarot's a caucasian non-blonde, a member of the original hellions (who only really fought with the new mutants) who also joined up with king bedlam later in x-force (essentially the same team as the new mutants, with cannonball, sunspot, dani...) in a second group called the hellions... she doesn't really have physical powers, considering she creates psionic constructs from her tarot cards and is prescient, but she's the closest guess i can figure with the clue's given.
oh yeah, and she also went from being a part of the 'armageddon man' resurrection plot to helping x-force stop bedlam from unleashing him on the world. so she's sort of a 'reformed villain,' if you will.
