that physical powers thing through me off, since i consider "physical" to have to do with the body, "psionic" to have to do with the mind, and "energy" or "elemental" to be self-explanatory...

for the most part, no, not a villain.

not in the captain america sense, but far more so than you or i.

that's difficult to say. for the most part, no, and certainly not to the extents that your examples are. but, for some time now he hasn't exactly been on the straight-and-narrow of the superhero path.

magneto was headmaster of the institute for a while and an unofficial member of one of the various incarnations of the x-men.

yep, as well as fighting alongside various members of the x-men during their stints in other teams.

currently, nope. he has had a romantic fling with a teammate in the past, and with a foe of the team.
