SOme start at 7, I heard girls usually start earlyer than boys, but I guess some could start later... dunno.

well seeing as boys can, well y'no get it up real early on i guess the can start whenever. young boys do play with their parts alot and so do girls at younger ages. according to freud this is .....oo rainbow, sorry its crap weather here....anyway according to Freud there are 5 psychosexual stage. the 3rd one is the Phallic stage and this lasts from circa age 3 to five. also in this stage is penis envy when girls realise what boy have and they don't. so at this point there is a huge obsession with the penis. but this fade unit the 5 stage which is the genital stage which starts at puberty and is ongoing. this is when bits get bigger and hairier and we begin to produce sexual fluids.
