There is no way they are technically better dude! Clapton isn't exactly a good guitarist, while Brian May, though innovative, aint that technically great!

Mattias Eklundh is very known for his uniqe guitar sound when he plays a solo, never heard any other guitaris play with the same sound, Joe.S sometime uses a sound that runs in the same vain but not its not so often, anyway all the guitar players I listed here are very good, play extremly fast from time to time, and play with style, and they are all technically better then the ones you listed so far
