Dark Phoenix versus All Life

Dark Phoenix decides to go on a rampage of madness and destroy all life in the Universe (like she did in a couple of the what if comics). Is there any force that is capable of stopping the Phoenix force unleashed to its max potential??? I know that unleashed it has destroyed worlds, stars, Prof X, the entire X-man Team, all of the sentiniles in Future Past timeline, Galactus, and THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE (all in alternate scinarios)!!!

Tn the New X-men a version of the Phoenix took out the entire universe with out showing much fatigue. But then again in that story line she had a full day or so to charge up where as the Dark Phoenix took minutes from beginning to end. Give her about a full day (Thanos had longer with the Infinity Gauntlet) and the universe is toast.

Well after a while, I would say the living tribunal would come and just click his fingers and make her disappear out of existence.

Naw, the only two in that list that could kill Phoenix would be LT (maybe) and MAYBE pre-retcon Beyonder. Rest is cake for her! And if the mods let me post pictures, I can show some examples.

I'd say pheonix simply based on the fact that she is hot, in both senses of the word. she could distract her enemies by marauding around topless to give her the edge.

I think she could probably beat a few off that list, e.g kubik,kosmos and the Watchers.

She has beaten Galactus plenty of times, I have the pics to prove it. Too bad this board won't let me post them.

She's fought him once I think, and she didn't really beat him, he just left because he was in search of food.

Seriously, LT would bring to trial before the rest of the cosmic beings (Eternity, Death, Galactus, a Watcher (probably Uatu), Santa Claus, etc.), before deciding that her power is a threat to the entire universe, then he'd probably rid Jean of the Phoenix Force, what he'd actually do with the force itself is debateable.

The Living Tribunal let Thanos kill half the universe (Infinity Gauntlet), didn't he? Why would he stop Dark Phoenix?

so would Galactus full powered.( read secreat wars when doom took the power of Galactus shipe and ended up defeating beyonder) dark Phoenix is powerful but not that powerful alot of beings in marvel CAN go around destroying unverses for fun.
