Dark Phoenix versus All Life

Thor handled phoenix pretty easily when the avengers fought the x-men.

She's incapable of taking on ALL life in the universe. Her upper limit is around low-end starving Galactus level.

Yeah but not Dark Phoenix, Magneto also defeated the Phoenix. Agree with ya that she's incapable of taking all life in the universe. But she's way more powerful than Galan

There's no proof that she's stronger than galactus, she could beat a starving galactus, but galactus at base power or at full potential could beat her.
