Perhaps I think that you need to brush up on your sociology or census statistics.
The Census Bureau for 2004 has stipulated that Hispanics are among the fastest growing ethnicity in this country, growing exponancially while groups like Blacks are becoming less and less scarce.
Again the basis of your assumption is questionable.
I didn't assume anything, but if you are going to preach to other people about assuming your race than just take a look at your previous posts and it's not hard to see why they would assume such a thing. To chalk it up to "society" is just inaccurate.

there is a small local community, but there is a large group of black people in ireland that are either refugess or immigrants (both legal and illegal) from places like nigeria or somalia...
my best female friend is actually from somalia... and yes she's hot...

May I inquire as to your place of origin as well as where you currently reside?
Well, was born in London, England. But my mix is rather diverse, all I know for certain is that my Grandad was from Barbaidos. Think theres some South American in there too, like I said, not too sure.

firstly, im not american, and the status of black people is different in both our countries...secondly, nobody will ever forget the atrocities that were commited, and rightly so, its a lesson we all can learn from...
yes there are obnoxious assholes who say black people have it made in any country... but saying they are still so badly oppressed is wrong too imo (talking about ireland again)...
Well I should have asked you were you hail from!!!!
I was under the assumption that you were in the States.
Well I am happy, very happy to hear that abroad Blacks are for the most part better welcomed and accepted. I know nothing about Ireland but it's good to hear that some countries are different.
I have traveled to Switzerland a long time ago and I felt quit comfortable as well as parts of Germany.
My argument was directed to the denizens of America mostly because I see first hand what's happening. And in this country, Blacks are slowly slipping withing the cracks. The majority are mostly living in urban areas, highly conjested with a lot of socioeconomical issues still very well unresolved and with no immediate resolution at hand

Would say that racism is at an all time high due to 9/11 solely or was it always there prior to that incident

Well, I've always had problems, only little ones though, I was living in London before 9/11 and after I moved back to Cornwall. I'd have to say its gotten worse, or more "coming back" since 9/11.

Again I am not pulling this outta my ass. This is from 2004 Census.
It's free info available to the public. If you don't believe me please research it.
At the rate that Hispanics are growing, to assume that I am Black, well I really don't know where you got that from.
My previous posts might have given you the idea that obviously I am not White but Black? While there exists other races leaving in this country.
To simply say "Well Blacks are more prevelant in the US opver Mayas or Native Americans, well he must be Black"
Don't you see that as being a little too presumptious of a statement?

there is a racist element in ireland, but over the last ten years there has been a massive influx of asian and african immigrants, so anyone who doesnt like it simply has to deal with it... me, i love the variety... 😄

I'm not saying that you should automatically assume someone is black if they made the comments you made, I'm just saying your posts hinted to it and really has less to do with someone being brainwashed by society than you think.

It's a "rule" that has been used on several occasions all around the world
In Canada, i see some or few white people are getting worried that minorities are getting to powerful. By 2017 20% of the country is going to be minorities. To some people, that scares them. They have high level government jobs (cabinet ministers, once a premier of a province). I see this as great step. I just hope it does not turn into the US with big ghettos of minorities. The suburbs of Toronto are like 60% minorities, which is a good sign. Not to be racist ( i mean it) but i am seeing that Chinese and South Indians are much more successful then other minorities. I see it in our community. They come here with little money and in 3-5 years they buy a house of 300-400 grand!
