Iron Man's shields are strong enough to protect him from the direct hits of ballistic missiles, and more to the point his shields are made of energy. YOU CAN'T "CUT" ENERGY! doh And I hardly think you are in any position to ask anybody for proof as I haven't seen you post a single scan in this post to support your own arguments. The only way Wolverine can win in this fight is if Tony turns off all of his armor's defenses and weapons, physically takes it off, and stands still in the middle of the battle field singing "I'm a little teapot".
Sorry I know this is a dated post but..... 😆
That was great.

💃
There is a reason they call him runt. Wolverine trying to hit Iron Man would be like a little kid trying to jump to grab a cookie jar that's on the top shelf.

Even still, I'd imagine the other Avengers were hiding in the bushes. That's too obvious a setup.Isn't he only class 100 if he pushes the armor and defaults at 85?
😉 I'm arguing Iron Man with Tony Stark.
His strength like all of his other attributes can be enhanced by redirecting %'s of power from other areas to said area.
He is able to achive high CL100 with this redirection of power.
You'd think he'd be cl 100 normally by now. He's been upgrading his suits for years now and always claims to stand no chance when he has to use an older model against a hijacked newer model.

Logan can jump well over 12 feet

Iron Man hover well out of Logan's reach.
All IM has to do his pin down Logan with the armor's magnetic capabilites. Logan's not going anywhere unless it's someplace that Tony wants him to be.
That being said, IM pins Logan to the ground and unloads his sonics, repulsors, unibeam, flamethrower, blah blah blah, etc. into him.
And just for good measure, afterwards, Tony puts Logan into a magnetic bubble, flies him up into space and releases him. Planet Earth gets one more satellite, albeit a short, Canadian, hairy one.

did I say they would?
No, of course you didn't.
However, I said that they wouldn't. It's a single, stand alone statement that wasn't in response to anything that you said whatsoever.
Why are you so defensive?
Just because I make a simple statement on how Wolverine can't damage IM's forcefield, doesn't necessarily mean that it's in direct response to something that you never even said in the first place.
Don't flatter yourself. Don't be thinking that every single thing that I state is in direct response to what you did or did not say.
Get over yourself.

any ways you quoted me and then talked about nothing I even said. It was pointless to quote me and I wanted to know why.
you really should learn not to get so mad at a simple question

I quoted your post about Wolverine being able to leap higher than 12 feet. That's what you said right? You talked about that, right? Now follow me closely.....
In response to that, I then simply stated that IM can hover well beyond Wolverine's reach. It wasn't anything to disprove you, it's just a simple fact that I stated. Nothing more, nothing less.
Still with me? Ok.....
On a completely different tangent, I then stated that IM doesn't even have to resort to hovering above Logan. It's a stand alone statement. Get it? It's not in response to anything you posted, nor does it have anything even remotely to do with Wolverine's ability to leap higher than 12 feet. I'm just stating a simple fact.
I then listed some of the things that IM could do to Logan. Iron Man could do all of those things without having to hover out of Wolverine's reach. Why? Because Logan's not going to able to damage the suit due to the armor's magnetic forcefield. IM could just stand there in front of Wolverine, and there's nothing that Wolverine can do. Again, these are simple statements that I'm making. They're not in response to anything you said at all. I'm just stating that Wolverine can't penetrate the armor's forcefield. I never said that you did say that, nor am I implying that you did.

As you can see, there was indeed a point in quoting you. My point was that IM can hover well beyond Wolverine's reach.

You should follow your own advice.
Mad? lol. Your posts make me laugh. What's there to be mad about?
