that's from Newton's first physics law (or however that is called in English)
it says that F = ma
where F is the algebraic sum of the whole of F on the system we work on
m is mass
and a is accelaration
when we talk about WEIGHT, a equals with g, which approximately equals with 10 m/s^2. (well, depending on which side of the earth you're on, I think it's 9.8 m/s^2 somewhere around Africa? not sure)
so you have F = mg <=> F=10m
so for each kg, you have 10 Newtons 😖mart:
therefore if you are 55kg (like I am) it means you are around 550 Newton.... sounds heavy, doesn't it 😱
