I have never read a Stephen King book, but this movie was excellent in my opinion. For its genre i would give it a 9 out of 10. It kept me guessing until the very end, not to mention Johnny Depp's awesome performance.
The POTC crew has definately found their way over to the Movie Discussion forum.
I have a question, if Johnny Depp's next feature film was called Harold Mows his Lawn and had the following plot, would you think it was an excellent movie? Maybe even an epic?
Plot: A man wakes up one day to find his front lawn has passed the height restriction limit his Neighborhood Homeowner's Association has imposed. Frantically, he races to the garage and grabs his twenty-year old push mower. Battling odds like the blade getting stuck, trying to eek out the last of the gas fumes, and his wife nagging him, forcing him to shut off the mower, he finally gets it cut, and life, as only Depp's character could majestically portray it, continues on.
Johnny Depp stars as a man determined to do whatever it takes to get his yard trimmed. Coming soon.
