Halo 3

And a lot of people are betting that 7-11 will break streetdate because they have no clue about what the heck the game is. They'll just get it in and be like "okay sell this we got it in".

It's pretty funny that 7-11 is selling this game.

I find that hilarious that it's going to be sold at 7-11. That's just like...what the hell?

But considering the fact that stores like Walmart and Best Buy and Toys R Us, that always sell games, cannot figure out that you're not supposed to sell a game before streetdate, yeah, 7-11 will probably break it.

I heard that the Gamestop corperation is going insane with regulations to ensure that employees won't leak it. Like that if you even open the shipping box you immediately get fired. Is that true?

So is this Walmart breach like a nation wide thing? Im very tempted to go after work. 🙄

No it's not. I've just heard some stores with particularly unaware employees are just tossing it out on the shelves. Don't actually expect anything, but some people have gotten it this way.

No idea, I haven't heard anything like that personally. Though I doubt it as we kind of have to open the shipping box to confirm that it's all there and stuff.

Wal Mart is an omnipotent god, it can do anything it desires.

I feel really upset for not having a 360 to get Halo 3, and for a bunch of other stuff.

That doesn't seem to have anything to do with the US so......sucks to be in London.

There's been a leak of Halo 3's ending going around so from this point on I am not even going online until I have beaten the game. I'm going to the midnight launch and skipping school on Tuesday so I can come home and play this game until my eyes bleed. Have fun and remember HALO 3 IS GOING TO KICK ASS!!!

I'm thinking high because its Halo 3 and every store will have a ton of copies.

You can't get the game for a week after its release or so unless you preordered it...mainly because the game has so many preorders..........or can you. MUAHAHAHA!

You will have no trouble finding the game on Tuesday. Just so long as you're going somewhere besides gamestop. They may not have extras, or if they do there's a good chance they will refuse to sell it to you because you didn't preorder, or even force you to preorder something before they'll sell it to you (I've heard of this happening). Any bestbuy or Walmart should have plenty of copies.

Don't trust employees of gamestops when they tell you that you need to preorder the game in order to get it on release. They're taught to say that and it's a huge lie. They said the same thing about Halo 2, then on release stores like walmart and bestbuy had several thousand copies sitting on the shelves.

I only preordered it because I want to go to the midnight release, sounds like it may be fun.

There's a Wal-Mart not two minutes from my house but being a true fan of Halo I am going to wait until the actual streetdate to check.

There's a Wal-mart within walking distance of my house too. But I'm just assuming they're not complete idiots and know the actual release dates. The walmarts that are selling early are in the minority, big time.

I was thinking that too.

I got Bioshock at Best Buy and they're must of been 200 copies there. Considering there is like 2 Best Buy's, 5 Future Shops, I dont think I'll have a problem.

It also helps that HMV, Blockbuster, Rogers Video, Loblaws (grocery store), and every single place that sells DVD's, games and electronics will have it.

Oh man, less than 5 days...and a new Vidoc was released today, as well as a 2 hour long podcast, and a rather amazing read on bungie.net with how to do things with saved films and whatnot.
