👽 I don't think Robin Shue was in Wayne's world and if he was I haven't seen him in it.

Scorpion vs. Johnny Cage was my favorite fight.

I love it when Scorpion does this crazy combo on JC on the wooden bridge...omg!

The first one was good. The second... not so much.

All the fights were awesome, some like the Sonya vs. Kano and Liu Kang vs. Sub Zero ended rather quickly. I voted for Johnny Cage vs. Scorpion. That was just too cool. The guy they got to play Johnny Cage in the sequel SUCKED though.

That was because they couldn't get the actor from the first to come back so they placed some other actor into the role and killed off the character in the first 5 mins.

I'm such a huge fan of Mortal Kombat its not even funny. i knew about tha third movie for a year now and yeah i'm a nerd when it comes to MK.

Tha bosses and storyline got worse and worse. after shao khan they went to quan chi and shinook [sp?] which had a dumb plot. |this is in MK4 btw|. i blew my money on Metal Gear Solid 3 {also a huge fan of that] so i couldn't buy MK : Deception but i dont think its bosses are that great either.

There was a pretty good cartoon on tha USA network a couple years back. anyone see it? and mr. Film Prophet! find some info on MK III please. do ur thing, yo

Christopher Lambert tells SFX Magazine that he will be back as Connor McCloud for the next "Highlander" movie (wonder if the studio's aware of his intentions?). According to Lambert, he'll have a "small cameo" in "Highlander : The Source", which Brett Leonard will direct for Dimension . Meanwhile, Lambert's about to start work on "Mortal Kombat 3" for Director George P.Cosmatos ["Rambo : First Blood Part II"].

I found that Mortal Kombat was just whey better than most other new age martial arts films and it didnt have the cheesyness of streetfighter

I completely agree, it even gave some of the characters more depth and made them more interesting than in the games.

Okay, what things need to be changed to make MK3 good?

1. Johnny Cage gets the same actor and doesn't die at the beginning.
2. Rayden gets a better actor (hopefully the original) and doesn't change his look mid-way into the movie.
3. Get a better Sheeva and Montaro (sp?)
4. Screw that whole Sub Zero brother deal.

I liked the Jax they had in there.

I'm sure you have many other ideas. Sorry, haven't watched it in a while and I can't think of any more right now.

They seem like some decent ideas, except for #3 because I would just throw those two characters out of the whole story. Overall good though.

They should do more on reptile and bring shang tsung back from the dead coz hes possibly the coolest bad guy ever.
