NOTE: Titles according to "Star Wars Trilogy - the original soundtrack anthology" from 1993.It starts off early, with with Lucasfilm logo, with the beginning of track 3, disc 2, "Luke's Escape" (wampa cave scene - Then, when Kenobi talks about "chancellor's dealings", cue changes to disc 4, track 17 - "Carbon freeze/Luke Pursues the Captives/Departure of Boba Fett" (the part starting from about 03:36 on the disc). It goes on until music stops altogether, when posse enters.
When music returns, it's the part of track 15, disc 3, "The Emperor's Death", starting about 01:27 on the disc(which is when Luke is almost dying, crying for help, and then Vader finally moves against Palpatine).
This track is cut right before Emperor is thrown to the shaft by Vader, if you get my meaning, and then, as a finale (starting with "you were the chosen one!", there is part of of track 17, disc 2, "The Duel", starting about 03:42 (really last second of this track; Falcon departing from Cloud City, if my memory serves me well) , which ends right before the final breathing of Vader.

After the murder of Mace and his Jedi backups, Anakin under the orders of his new master Darth Sidious, with a thousand Clonetroopers at his arsenal marches up to the Jedi Temple he orders the clones not to attack until he gives them the signal.
Alone Anakin enters the Temple and makes his away to the War Room, inside he murders all the Jedi within the room and disables all of the Temple’s defenses. He then opens up the main gates and the clones enter……..
