Should Deltora Quest become a Movie

Well my brother LOVES deltora quest! He like reads the books over and over and always tells me what happens in the books! (sometimes i have no idea what he is even talking about!) but yeah, he loves it 😱

Weird, but most of the people here seem to come from Australia.

most people here are from Aussie probably because the books came out in that country before they went to anywhere else because thats where the author lives.

You guys know that Emily Rodda got an invitation to make a movie? She turned it down, though. Man, talk about missed oppurtunity.

I dunno. As I've said before, book to movie movies haven't turned out all that great. I'd say jumping into a movie might ruin it. A slow steady progression from Book to anime to movie might be better, little steps people.

Emily turned it down because she did not believe that they would be able to do the books justice... the live action movie is still a possibility Emily just wants to make sure that the right people make it.
The reason why she allowed the anime though is because as its a tv series it allowed them to go into greater depth with the books, so they could keep as much as the book in as possible (and possibly add some of the scenes and ideas that didn't make the published story)
This may be a reason why it hasn't come into Australia yet. They are experimenting to see how successful it will be or what can be done with it.

Yeah, but Ardith's Idea will be pretty good, cus we'll be able to get all the main plots. I get Emily's point- I mean, look what happened to A series of unfortunate events

And if you think its an amv or whatever its called, watched the credits real closely and you'll see Delta's name in the credits. (BTW only went looking for this video after I saw on one of the official websites - can't remember which one - that they'd changed the opening title for the 3rd time.)

Hey, I found something else I think is weird in DQ. You guys know how in Dragon's nest, Lief and company get rescued from the orchard keeper by Lindal? The first time I read it I was like- Who the heck is Lindal and how does Lief recognise her?
I reckon emily should of brought Lindal into the story more before Dragons Nest
