It mentions in the Sister of the south, that Marlien is 'with child'.

As mentioned before, Pregnancy Tests don't exist in Deltora, so she'd have to be well underway so they could tell. Pregnancy takes approximately 9 months, and since it's highly unlikely that the Whole Sister series took, more then 9 months (possibly 3-4 at the most). I'm assuming she was 5-6 months pregnant when the series started.
Cause I highly doubt the stork brought baby Josef.
All my theories is pure guesswork
Most of the stuff i write on here is off the top of my head.
(Like my Time-line theory, i just happened to have Dread Mountain on my desk)
One more thing....
My computer keeps crashing whenever i try and go on this sight ( I'm gonna run a virus scan and hope for the best)
But until i figure out what is wrong, I'm either gonna use my sister's or brother's computer, so i may not answer for days on end.

i reckon that Emily Rodda would be able to tell us information that are pretty much absolutes. Authors plan for ages before they start writing in order to take care of every little detail.

Well i just have to say that Emily should make dq into a movie cuz more people would understand what she is talking about. ( my friends act like Blondie's even though i am a really a blond so they r a little slow) I wonder if i could play Jasmine cuz i am a really really really big tomboy(but i have manners and good with shirts go happy bunny!
