Got it, Erads can do the same and he's far more advanced, faster, and smarter than Thor. He has control over his molecular structure, as does cyborg. Both are much stronger than anyone in the Thor crew, and they don't have the vulnerability to magic that supes has.

They will also be battling the physical enviroment as cyborg can be in more than 1 place at a time.

These guys can take their hammers away. I've seen thor have trouble with sandstorm (if I remember her name correctly) who was absorbing the hammer into her body.

If Parallax couldnt stop cyborg, Thor has little chance. Add the other 3 and Thor & Co. Lose.

Last time I remember seeing Eradicator, he was the size of of a skyscraper, could clear the universe in less a second, and even Superman couldnt even remotely harm him physically, Superman had to beat him using the old Kryptonian Etheral Projection Fighting Technique crap that Eradicator had tough him.

Thor corp will win it, it will be close one but they will win. If the thor corp cut loose it's over very quickly.

Supes corp win it if they cut lose. Which won't be hard with 2 ultra powerful villains in the lineup.

Yes, Thor sometimes has trouble with lower characters, but look at Superman, who has been punked several times by Batman. It's the job of every high level character, sometimes they have to take some knocks from lower tier people.

Thor went head up against three celestial arishem, one above all, exitar, on three separate occasions and held his own. All of the Thor squad can unleash the godforce blast, Superman cyborg(henshaw) will get own one shot from Thor's hammer which can destroy a planet at full force. Superboy will put into a coma by a b***h slap from thor easily, The hammers have to much raw power not even superman and his team can withstand that at all.
