For a Few Dollars More

Blue Velvet

Really, really, good.

Batman forever

The Wickerman remake.

I agree with Core. It's just awful.

Honestly, no. It's just fails on so many levels. Nic Cage was terribly miscast, and some of his lines towards the end were so forced and out of place, it made ME uncomfortable having to hear them.

Spoiler:
He's held down on the ground by the wiccan sisters of the island, and he starts yelling out "Bitches! You bitches! Bitches!". It's just ****ing ridiculous, especially when it's coupled with a scene where TERRIBLE CGI bees just automatically swarm DOWN into this netted mask they made him wear.

I wasn't going to put that in spoilers..as to ruin it for anyone who'd potentially want to see it, but I thought better of it, lol.

Took in "Snakes On A Plane" this evening before bed, and it was pretty fun! Prolly won't feel the need to see it again, though. Kind of loses steam towards the end, once all the shock wears off, but the ending is hilarious. The funniest thing Kenan Thompson's done since "Good Burger".

Watched my new Dog Day Afternoon DVD today, watched the film then the documentary.

Such a great film, possibly Pacino's best. Everything just feels so natural and organic in the movie, and the range of emotions during the film is stunning. Wonderful film.
