That's an old picture. I was 20...something in that picture. The liscense expired in in 2006, and I haven't worked for that company since 2005. But, yes, I think I would make a wonderful elf. If you pay close attention, I have one ear slightly higher than the other.
Oh, and it doesn't matter. A cop CAN NOT wear his uniform while off duty. And he certainly can't wear it while he's working another job. Period.

It's an issue I have also addressed, and I know for a fact that they can. I saw one doing it last night.
Think of the insurance issues, if a cop were to shoot someone dead while in a badge and in the employment of a private company. Who's going to risk that?
Why do you think armed security companies exist? So private companies can hire armed personal.
Edit: Also, paying for police protection/priveleges is like (or is) a bribe. Which I'm guessing you know is illegal.
Originally posted by Robtarddude, I already stated that I dont know all about the legal issues, only that I am 100% sure that cops CAN and DO wear their uniforms while working extra jobs. I provided proof of this. what more do you want?

sorry, dont have any. even if I did, you'd spin it this way "well, how do we know he's not ON duty? how do we know he's working an extra job?"I provided all the proof required, you have provided SHIT. show us proof, put up or shut up.
I have substantiated my experience. And, I even validated some of yours. But cops are not allowed to wear their uniforms while in the employ of non-affiliated businesses.
Would you feel better if I pretended I was a 16 year old girl and faux-flirted with you?
