Only kidding... you understand !
When I first started weight-training after I came out of the civil service at 44 I had a cracking six-pack. After I went into the heavy events in the Scottish Highland Games circuit I found that strength and weight were more important that beauty so I went on a power-lifting tack and started to eat a lot of steak and pasta.
I lost my six pack but I gained a LOT of power. Throwing cabers and hammers etc' and wrestling catch-as-catch-can needed power and a low centre of gravity and not muscle definition.
I was competing until last year when I turned 59 and I must admit that I miss it a lot !

All that RED is a bit difficult to ignore !
Designed to shock I am sure...but as you are so pretty anyway you don't need to do that to get attention.

and it is not to gain attention. it is just disgusting.
Yeah...at sixty I STILL work out !
I have a multi-gym and a bike and rowing-machine to keep trim and I still go hillwalking and deer-stalking to keep the aerobic's going.
Don't fight any more though as at sixty the bones start to get a bit brittle !
I love watching ice-hockey as it is so hard and fast and exciting. Is it ice-hockey that you compete in ?

Go for it mate !
I suppose that the only risk you have is severe and disabling injury ?
It's a dangerous sport....Ice-hockey !
That's why I steered clear of football, ( soccer ) and rugby, ( like American football but rougher and without armour ). 😄
I've actually gotten extremely lucky, I've never had a broken bone in my life, and the most severe injury I've ever had was a concussion (well, 2 concussions)...or 8 stitches to my leg, depends on what you think is worse; granted, I'm at risk every minute I'm out there, but I've definitely had the most fun in my life while on the ice.
I've seen rugby on tv before actually...and I really don't understand it, but I only see 5 minutes at a time, so that doesn't help, I'm guessing 😖
