Christ. I hope you saw that before you bought it.

Nope. I enjoyed it enough. The aliens were really bad, it made me laugh. It was either bad puppets or bad CGI. Them sweeping down and biting the heads off people. 😂 Then Campbell's character was funny with his "healer" dreams. Politicians running with crossbows and bows and arrows, funny as well.

Bruce Campbell is always awesome, IMO.

I think he's an overrated jobber who'll do anything for a paycheck, stretching his 15 minutes..but that's me.

Yeah, we're all entitled to our opinions. Nothing he's done has been in the same field as the Evil Dead trilogy but I've enjoyed Bubba Ho-Tep, Alien Apocalypse, and Man with the Screaming Brain.

I'm wondering how that "My Name is Bruce" movie will turn out (and if it'll actually be made).

Red Dwarf Seasons V and VI just arrived!

And my crappy day just got so much better...

Of course, Red Dwarf is the best show ever! Series VII comes out in the US in January, too long of a wait.

I've been watching them as I've been getting the DVDs. If I had watched it back in the day, I'd miss it. 😛

Switchblade Romance/Haute Tension

Although I have now realised there is no rewatch value with this film.

I think Red Dwarf is so good because the jokes never seem to get old. In the last two months, thanks to the lovely dc++ and my DVDs, I've watched all the seasons about... oh... 6 or 7 times each. And I still laugh every time.

However, I just realized that my Season 3 DVD hasn't shown up yet. How sad.

January and March are too far away indeed (March being Season VIII, while not the greatest season, still good).
