There's an interview with David Zucker, Craig Mazin, and Pat Proft(?). Cast and crew interviews (which I'm surprised weren't on the original DVD), and some stuff on the Opera scene (which was all improved by Craig Bierko) including the extended scene.

Good stuff. 🙂
