PSP vs. DS : Which Will Be Better?

Superior system. Yep, tech wise. But who cares about that considering its not selling as well as the DS.
Oh, also the little system called GBA will never been taken over by the PSP.

No its better game wise, and tech wise, its just expensive, i''m more concerned of money than individual units, honestly crappy third party games on GBA mean nothing, and I go by games, I'm not and many other older people aren't handheld buyers, and they wouldn't pay 300 dollars for a system, a DS is more child friendly and durable, a vast majority of the audience.

I like PS2 more than Xbox and tech means nothing to me, its games first, older systems like SNES are arguably the best nintendo system to date, that and the original gameboy.

There are no good games on the PSP except a couple. The DS has far much better games.

I really don't like hand held games, but I like PS2 and a lot of the PSP games are just hand held versions of PS2 games so I gotsta to go with that.

Selling better means that on average, they sell more than PSP. The PSP isnt what you think it is, its not that great. I remember G4 Tech TV actually make fun of the PSP.
Did you relize that the DS is selling more units on average than the PSP?
Each month it sells over 20,000 units more than the PSP. Thats the important fact. Who cares if has been out earlier.

I really don't care and hops the whole portable games thing ends some day soon.

No it doesn't name them, they are more of a different taste, but PSP's are better in my opinion.

I saw G4tech tv making fun of the ds even more, who hasn't made fun of the stylus. Regardles I had anticapated ds selling more.

PSP does have better games and if it would've played PS2 games, I would've gotten it. I also would've if it played DVDs and didn't require that you buy all new dvds. What's that about?

the thread says: which is better, not which is making more mooney, there are games that are better but sell less due to less exposure and other reasons, I'm sure if a person could choose between a free psp and a free ds, they would most likely choose the psp.

PSP the ds is a pain in the ass to use with the touch pad .......(i have played on both)

The ds is like a palm pilot and the PSP is like a GBA. hmmmm....

Its all on taste, I have larger hands myself.
