Last Movie You Saw? (Theater/Home)

Last Vegas, which was pretty funny.

The Counsellor, which is not fit to be a coaster. Worst film I have seen in years.

I know a guy who swears it's the best movie since Man of Steel. These opposing viewpoints draw my interest.

theater: Divergent

pretty good film.. even though it was slow paced...

He lies. Destroy him.

Shit man, that was the only Zombie film I have liked so far. I thought it was even somewhat Kubrickian.

No likeable characters whatsoever.
Didn't really care what happened to any of them.

The Stand Up Guys.
Feel good but predictable.
I wish Walken & Pacino did something together earlier in their prime.

Rejects was good but everything else has stunk.

See I hated the movies with those annoying characters and had just about had it with his movies until Lords of Salem. To me it showed a much more mature Rob Zombie. It's the style of movie he should be making.

Theater: Noah

It was great. Loses points for f*cking shaky cam, but it's really good.

His movies are so dark and disturbing it usually gets annoying. This movie had no entertainment value and was just meh all over the place for me.

I will get around to seeing Noah.

Pompeii

Sucked pretty hard. Skip to the end and watch some of the volcanic eruption and spare yourself most of the horrible writing.

It looked bad.

Predator

Again. Goddamn, so great. "Get to the choppa!!"

Captain America: The Winter Soldier

awesome sequel.

The Grand Budapest Hotel.
I love Wes Anderson...

Took my 9 year old daughter to see "Divergent". A truly awful film.

Noah. Decentesque.

Carrie. The remake.
The director tried too hard & the film suffered for it.

Ender's Game.
Don't know anything about the books so enjoyed the film for what it was.

Filth.
McAvoy is outstanding as a despicable cop. Lots of laughs at how depraved he becomes.
