Last Movie You Saw? (Theater/Home)

Heavy Metal.

^ Awesome movie.

Thor 2

This movie was absolute shit. The acting was horrid (director's fault), Asgard looked less medieval and more super science gone wrong, the director should have been strung up by his baby balls. Ridley Scott would have been my choice, because he knows how to make medieval epic.

Kurse got killed way too soon (director's fault). The acting could have been better but the director didn't know how to make the best of the talent that he was working with. For the sake of my rant they had Anthony ( awesomeness) Hopkins in this movie, and the direction made him seem less awesome and more lack luster. I told myself that I was never going to watch another Thor movie after the first debacle, but then people said that this one was better. It was, so imagine how poorly I viewed the first film? It should have been called Thug. The only other comic book franchise that I would say was worse was Batman and Robin, but not by much.

Thor2 gets 2 stars out of 5.

Edge of Tomorrow. Very long. Very fun. Very solid.

Emily Blunt kicking ass = win.

Wow, that's a little harsh. I personally enjoyed it.

I think he's threatened by Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston's explosive sexual magnetism.

Xmen: Days of Future Past and Godzilla. Of the two, Godzilla kicked butt.

I called it correctly first. I'm always right.

Except when you left.

I just watched Hey Good Lookin'. It was f*cking weird.

12 Years A Slave

*shrugs* What a pointless movie.

Honestly, I don't need a movie made in 2013 to tell me how bad slavery was.

What an absolutely retarded thing to say.

why did you watch the movie, then? Were you not aware going in what the plot was about?

Yes, I was aware of the plot. I guess I watched the movie curious about all the hype. I even watched the "behind the scenes' featurettes.

Sorry, but there's something about a 44 yr old black film maker making a movie about "what his people went through" that just screams pretentious.

Schindler's List is pretentious?

i thought it was overrated, btw; 12 Years, not Schindler's List.

I was referring to the film maker, not the plight.

oh.

Steven Spielberg is pretentious?

Hey everyone's got an opinion...I'm juz stating mine.
